Overview
Broadband Genie is an independent UK comparison service for home broadband, TV, landline, and mobile home broadband services.
It was the first dedicated, independent UK broadband comparison website and it has helped tens of thousands of customers save time and money by making broadband switching as simple and pain-free as possible.
Working closely with the team, we developed training to upskill the team and to align community to marketing and business performance.
This was followed by a review of their community led growth strategy and mentoring/coaching to support development and integration of the community strategy to drive continued growth.
